Shipping and Returns

What is your processing time?

Orders are processed within 2 business days before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or for made-to-order items.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, digital artwork is non-refundable.

Physical artwork may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery if it arrives damaged or incorrect. 

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method.

 

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

with your order number and reason for return.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Do you ship your artwork internationally?

We currently ship to the US only (for now).

If we do not ship to your location yet, we’ll let you know at checkout.

Terms of Use

How will I receive my digital artwork?

Digital purchases are typically available for download shortly after your order is completed. You will receive access instructions via email.

Do you accept commisions?

Commission availability may vary throughout the year. If you are interested in a custom piece, please get in touch through the contact page for current availability and pricing.

Can I re-use the artwork or any content of this website ?

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, videos, and graphics, is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.​​

No resale, commercial use, minting, or reproduction is permitted.

Are the colors of the artwork exactly the same as shown online?

I do my best to display artwork accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and, for physical prints, the printing process.

And how about reusing the purchased digital artwork?

For digital artworks, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

What kind of artwork do you sell?

I offer both digital and physical artwork. Digital art is delivered electronically for personal use, while physical pieces include prints, originals, and other art products shipped directly to you.
