5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number at customer_service@tcoliveira.com within 10 days of delivery so we can assist you.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.*

8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
