1 . Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 days (excluding weekends and US holidays).Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
2 . Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the US only (for now). If we do not ship to your location yet, we’ll let you know at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number at customer_service@tcoliveira.com within 10 days of delivery so we can assist you.
6. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.*
Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items and digital products.

8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.*
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
