About the Artist & Website

Urban Art Hub is a LLC owned by the artist Thais Oliveira.​

All artworks are created or offered by the artist unless otherwise noted.

Urban Art Hub operates the artist’s website and online shop featuring original artwork, limited print editions, fine art prints, digital art, and other related creative content.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Artwork Information & Availability

All artworks displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Images, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and prices are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual artwork.​

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove artworks or content from the Site at any time without notice.

Pricing & Sales

Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.

​The display of artwork on the Site does not guarantee availability or constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to acceptance by Urban Art Hub.​

Orders, Payments & Ownership

Payment methods accepted include credit cards. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.​

For commissioned or made-to-order works, additional terms may apply and will be confirmed separately in writing.

Shipping, Delivery & Collection

Shipping costs, delivery, insurance, customs duties (if applicable), and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or events beyond our control.​

Local pickup or collection may be available by prior arrangement.​ Digital artworks are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of original and digital artworks, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.​

If returns or cancellations are accepted, they must comply with our Shipping & Return Policy Page, where applicable.

Intellectual Property, Copyright & Digital Art

All content on this Site, including images of artworks, digital artworks, text, logos, videos, and graphics, is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.​

For digital artworks:

• Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• No resale, commercial use, minting, sublicensing, or reproduction is permitted without express written consent.
   

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Artist's Rights

Artists retain all moral rights and intellectual property rights to their works in accordance with U.S. copyright law (Title 17, United States Code), unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
 

Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright or reproduction rights to buyers, collectors, or third parties except where explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by the artist and Urban Art Hub.

Consignments, Commissions & Artist Agreements

Artworks displayed or sold through Urban Art Hub may be offered on a consignment or commission basis pursuant to individual artist agreements.
 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The artist remains the legal owner of consigned artworks until the artwork is sold and full payment is received.

• Urban Art Hub acts as an agent for the artist for the purpose of marketing and sale.

• Sales commissions, pricing, payment timelines, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable artist agreement.
   

Artists are responsible for confirming that they own all necessary rights to exhibit and sell the artwork, including digital works.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes:

• Infringe on the intellectual property or moral rights of artists

• Copy, download, or reproduce artwork images without authorization

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site’s security or functionality

Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimer

The Site, artworks, and digital content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or authenticity beyond the information expressly stated.
 

Artworks may vary in appearance due to screen settings, digital rendering, or reproduction methods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Art Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of artworks, or attendance at exhibitions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Art Hub, its owner, business partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.​

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site.​

Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
